Anna, our lovely tour guide is amazing. Despite bad weather, she did her best to make our journey fun and memorable. I absolutely recommend this tour.

This whole day trip was just simply amazing. Our tour guide for the day, Ben, was the best tour guide one could ever ask for. Not only was he really nice, funny and friendly, the instructions that he provided were really organsied and clear. He also took time to share with us Japanese culture, places of interests and even taught us to say some Japanese words that will be useful for our stay in Japan. We were also very lucky to see Mt Fuji that day, and had lots of fun at the places we were brought to. Also, would like to give a big shoutout to the travel agency for their amazing customer service. I forgot all about my booking and missed the tour but they reached out and helped me re-arrange to do the tour on another day. Overall, had the most wonderful experience and I would recommend anyone to go for this tour! 💯

It was so much better than I thought. The scale is huge and the course takes over 4 hours. My child loved it so much. It felt like I was in a Harry Potter movie. I saw a review that said I couldn't get in if I was late, but I was supposed to get in at 2:30 on Friday, but my flight was delayed so I was 30 minutes late. Still, I guess it was because there weren't as many guests as I thought, so I was able to get in without any problems.

Before the trip, I was worried that there would be no snow to see on Mount Fuji, but the beautiful scenery on that day made my worries unnecessary. The tour guide Belle introduced the itinerary in detail and patiently, and also taught us how to take beautiful photos. Friends who have the opportunity to go can ask Belle for help! We are fluent in Chinese, English and Japanese!

buying the ticket frok klook makes it all fast and convinient. no lining up to buy tickets on site 💕 also enjoyed the tour very well. i loved all the fun interactions and learning about the effects and behind the scenes of the movie.

It was a perfect tour (01-mar-25) The schedule was nice! We were able to see Mt. Fuji in all our locations + our guide Shinyo (sorry if I didn't write her name correctly) was so nice and professional! We normally do not like tours but tbh Shinyo made us change our mind.

Tour was organized and on time. My only issue is that the tour guide did not tell much about history of where we are going. Just informed us the time of return and other reminders.
