Very good service, all the staff were very polite and accomodating. They take a photo at the beginning of the meal which is then printed as a small thank you gift, along with a small snack to go. The quality of beef was excellent, and the tablet was easy to navigate as it had English. The small touches like covering our belongings to make sure there would be minimal transfer of smell was thoughtful.

At this price, what's there to complain about when eating beef and beef barbecue? The fat content is evenly distributed, the taste is rich, and more importantly: the dish is served very quickly.

The location is very convenient, near Ueno Station. Easy to redeem, waiter clearly knows what to order, food quality is good, price is reasonable

Although the quality of the beef is not super good, this price plus all you can eat is already very good value for money. There are also crab legs to eat, too many choices of sukiyaki to eat. The service was great and the staff even took our pictures and sent us one. I will come back to shop again if I have the chance. Overall it was good to eat
