Overall satisfaction. Breakfast menu was a bit disappointing as it was not as extensive as I thought. The location is the best in the area and it is clean and friendly.

It is a very good family hot spring hotel. I will go there again if I have the opportunity. The two children also like to play in the swimming pool. Although the price is a bit expensive, I am really satisfied with it. But it’s too early to check out at 10 o’clock.

I have booked two large and two small Japanese-style rooms. Although the hotel initially said that for a triple room, an extra bed fee of 1,200 yen would be charged. However, after coordination with Klook, it was not charged when I checked out. klook’s service deserves recognition. The overall accommodation experience is good, and the food is also good. I will visit again if I have the opportunity. An unexpected surprise was a deer on the roadside.

It is very convenient to book a hotel through Klook. This hotel is close to Hell Valley and Hot Spring Shopping Street. It is very convenient and a good choice for self-driving travel.

If I go to Noboribetsu, I think I'll book Hotel Mahoroba again. This hotel is the ultimate in cost-effectiveness. As you can see from other reviews, it is a little worn. However, the dinner buffet is very satisfying, it is close to Hell Valley, and most of all, it has an open-air bath, which is really nice. I used the open-air bath in the rain, and I will never forget the atmosphere. It was a really good memory!

The large bathhouse is divided into indoor and outdoor areas. There are actually five outdoor pools where you can bathe, and there are even more types of indoor pools! There is also an oven and steam room available for use.
