had an excellent guide she was so sweet & welcoming. sharing the abouts of the city with us. even shared an umbrella with me as it was too hot at batu caves. suggested good places for lunch. drove safely.

It was our first experience with Klook. Once we have paid, imideatelly received confirmation and details about trip. Everything went smoothly, our driver came even early. We asked him questions and got a lot useful information. Waterfull was wonderful. And caves Batu were impressive.

Our guide was so cheerful and happy to tell us a lot about Malaysia’s history. My father and I had an incredible time at Batu Caves, tested our bodies at the Hot Spring pools and enjoyed the climb to see the water fall - even if the monkeys were extra cheeky. Highly recommend anyone who travels to Kuala Lumpur spends a day with Ramis.

I recently booked the Batu Caves and Genting Highlands day trip through Klook, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! Afterward, we headed to **Genting Highlands**, a completely different experience from Batu Caves. The **cable car ride** to the highlands was a highlight, offering stunning views of the lush rainforest below. Once at the top, there was plenty to explore, including the **Skytropolis Indoor Theme Park**, high-end shopping outlets, and delicious dining options. The cool mountain air was a refreshing escape from the city heat. The tour was well-organized, with enough time allocated at each stop. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable, ensuring we didn’t miss any key attractions. The convenience of booking through Klook made everything hassle-free, from transportation to clear instructions for the itinerary. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone looking for a mix of cultural exploration and modern entertainment. It’s a perfect day out for families, couples, and even solo travelers!

Our tour expectation encompasses the real tour made by Exotic Asia Travel and Tours. Our driver/ tourguide Rahve is very good and took good pictures too. Many beautiful places to visit in a half-day tour.

Its was a nice experience. The car was comfy and came on time. Our tour guide Jaya was very good and told us everything about the KLM and places we were about to visit. He was not in any hurry. We got picked up and dropped back at our hotel. I would suggest if you really want to visit KLM with a time crunch.

I had a wonderful time in genting. our driver Ben is always on time. if you want a glass gondola ride, purchase the GLASS GONDOLA ticket because this package only has 1 was STANDARD RIDE 1 way. I purchased my return with glass gondola. don’t forget to bring your jacket because the place is really cold & foggy at time. the mall in the area is full of affordable items in premium brands. it has also full of food options. the casino experience is awesome.
