amazing day trip, Daisy was very helpful. She explained everything in details. we couldn't see the crator because there was lot of smoke coming out of the crator so buses were not going there. But anyways it was a fun day trip.

This itinerary is different from other one-day itineraries. It is arranged by the Japan Kumamoto Tourism Bureau. There is no tour guide or tour bus. You have to drive to all designated places by yourself. We actually followed the time schedule of the itinerary. Personally, I think the time spent at each scenic spot was well arranged. It is a pity that the crater can only be viewed for half an hour. Some people think it is a pity, but it was actually very cold that day. Personally, I think it takes half an hour to view the crater. In fact, it’s almost the same! Next, we went to Sosenri to have lunch and enjoy the scenery. The lunch was delicious. My family members who were traveling with us liked it very much. The scenery of Sosenri was beautiful and you could even ride a horse. It is recommended that you go to the observation deck and walk on the grassland. It will take about three hours at Aso Station in the afternoon. We chose to go to Aso Shrine. We can take JR or bus for a while. The shrine is also very spectacular. After seeing it, we can also go around the nearby shopping streets. The itinerary is quite rich! There was a traffic jam on the return trip, so I arrived at Hakata Station one hour later than expected, but there was nothing I could do about it, so I won't give a negative review. As long as each ride is mentioned in the itinerary, you can show it to the driver for confirmation, which is very convenient!

After flying to Japan, I checked the details of the Takachiho bus, but it was already full. I originally planned to go to Takachiho by myself, so I had to find a day trip. I found a place on Klook that was reasonably priced and included the Soseromi Kumano Shrine I wanted to visit. Book now and confirm your order easily. Because I went to play by myself, and the traffic here is relatively sparse, the schedule was very tight. As soon as I saw the tour guide Tan Yingying, I asked her if I could get back to the station at 1730. She said it was basically impossible. There was a traffic jam yesterday and Friday, so I didn't get back until 1900. Today is still a holiday. During the trip, she patiently introduced the scenic spots and itinerary, carefully watched whether the group members were following, and also paid attention to the time. She remembered that I was catching the train and the other was catching the plane. In the end, our group members gathered and set off on time, and everything went smoothly afterwards. Everyone got back to the car on time, and finally returned to the meeting place at 1730. I was so happy! I would like to thank Xiaoying and the driver for their help.

At Kumamoto Castle we did not explore much inside as there was limited time. We only took some photos on the ground. We were lucky, however, that we were allowed access near the crater of Mt. Aso. Food at the restaurant was delicious. Again, time was limited so we were not able to walk around much. The Kurokawa onsen was quite a walk from the parking lot. It was a beautiful, small village, quiet and atmospheric. There was a small bakeshop with freshly baked sweet potato breads, the smell wafting through the air. You could see spring water running under a small bridge too.

The lunch was another highlight of the day. We enjoyed a delicious buffet, which was perhaps the best I’ve ever had on any tour. The variety and quality of the food were exceptional, offering a wonderful taste of local flavors. Overall, this tour was a perfect blend of breathtaking sights, excellent organization, and warm hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore Kumamoto with a guide who truly cares about her guests!

Great day trip with wonderful driver (Sakai-san), tour guide (Ōtsuka-san) and interpreter (Ushijima-san). Locations were beautiful and amazing + the journey to each location was cosy and comfortable. Highly recommend to those wanna explore Kumamoto and Miyazaki prefecture 👍🏻

Nathan was an excellent driver for our family trip to see the One Piece statues at Kumamoto. I provided the itinerary and they commented that it's a tight schedule for the 10 hr. trip but Nathan was early to pick us up at Grand Base Hotel and brought us back to Fukuoka with a few minutes to spare. He was also always there to help us take a family picture at the statues. Bravo! I think this trip was worth it because the location was spread all over Kumamoto. We just had to reimburse the toll fees.

Glad that I sign up for this tour. Helen 小谭 who is our guide who can converse in both chinese and English has explain well about each destination that greatly added soul to them. The weather that is very good that the driver stopped (not included in package) in a open area for us to take beautiful photo of the mountain view. Overall the trip is well managed and Helen also gift each of us a box of local food. Highly recommended.
