Location of the hotel a bit scary to drive especially at night.. other than that the buffet were great as it has a variety of food.. the hotel also has a cartoon theme for each floor

the van is comfortable and clean. the driver Mr Prasit is punctual and helpful. he is courteous and ready when asked. he spoke little English but he will use google translate to communicate with us. our trip will not be completed without his service.

Our guide is Khun Tan and HES ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. very flexible with our plans. he will also suggest places for us to go see when we passby the places. not in our itinerary but because there’s time, he asked if we want to go. the places he suggested were good! he’s very friendly and responsive to my constant change of plans. he uses WhatsApp. easy communication.

sent my itinerary thru email. they did a check on the destinations and informed if top up was required. communicated with driver thru whatsapp. driver was punctual and provided water for both days.

Our driver is a very nice friendly guy. He brought us to places that I wanted to go and also recommended some must go places. I must also say this tour agency has very good service. They are very prompt in the WhatsApp reply and you can be assured any request will be attended to immediately. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
