I received a voucher for accommodation at the Taiwan Lucky Land campaign and stayed at this hotel. It is far from the bus terminal, so you need to ask for a pick-up. When I asked the information center at the bus terminal to contact them, they came right away. It was such a nice hotel that I wanted to stay several nights, and I had dinner at the restaurant, which was also very delicious.

Not far from Shuishe Pier, there are many business opportunities nearby for shopping! The hotel has a nice lake view, but unfortunately, the charging device next to the bed is covered with a thick layer of dust. It can be seen that the cleaning is not complete, and there are bugs and hair in the bathtub. However, the staff are really very helpful. Friendly and cordial 😊 I believe I will stay here next time if I have the chance!

Baluo baluo deserves more than 5 stars for their overall hospitality and care they give towards their customers. they feel like home and their warmth truly made us feel so comfortable and joyful during our stay ☺️✨ Their rooms are extremely clean with no speck of dust in sight. they provide their guests with everything you need and pays so much attention to the tiniest details 🧹 We truly appreciate how they gave us the option to choose our breakfast and even the time we want to eat upon our check in to ensure that they have sufficient time to prepare it for us. We also appreciate their kind gesture to drive us around and to our next hotel around the area (esp when we have so many luggages and bags). It was purely delightful to be in their cosy guesthouse 🌼 The cute design of their guest houses also adds to the charm and beauty of this place. the bosses are good friends and well-known around the sun moon lake neighbourhood which made them so much more credible too 🏠♥️ Lastlt, we are very appreciative of their partnership with a bicycle rental shop nearby which made it convenient for us too 🚴🏻(Also want to mention that they’ve kindly offered to help us pay for the bicycle rental first as we had to save our limited cash for the next few days of our trip. They allowed us to pay them subsequently via credit card payment and generously absorbed the credit card admin fee). We highly recommend anyone who is finding for a place to stay in Sun Moon Lake (Ita Thao area) to consider staying in Baluo Baluo. To the family running Baluo Baluo, thank you very much once again for your warm hospitality & generosity! (:

The environment is comfortable and clean, the lighting is soft, and the bed decoration is very cute. It is recommended that the socket be closer to the bed, otherwise you will need to bring your own extension cord next time you stay www

As soon as I checked into the room, I was attracted by the beautiful lake view. It was worth it. The room is simple and has a sense of design! Breakfast is also arranged at a time and it didn't feel crowded. It was very comfortable. I will stay again if I have the opportunity😊

A sumptuous dinner, unlimited all-you-can-eat breakfast, sumptuous meals in the executive lounge, hot spring baths, delicious food and beautiful views are all recommended.

This is the first time I have stayed in a hotel that can see the Sun Moon Lake and it is from Chengyi Group. I am very satisfied with it. The bed is really comfortable and the breakfast is delicious. It is great to have breakfast while watching the Sun Moon Lake.
