It was my first time using it, but when I paid, I just had to show the barcode screen to the staff, and if I had any shortfalls I could pay with a credit card or cash, which was convenient! I used it at the Gangnam store.

bought 2 and used at 2 different stores. the first time was pretty easy but the second cashier was a little confused. took quite some time for her to figure out after asking others. but overall worth to buy if you have a discount code

overall it was a great experience and super convenient to book the whole package in advance. Prices were quite high compared to the rest of the shops in the area but if you don’t speak Korean booking the whole package on Klook saves you a lot of hassle and time. Staff wasn’t very helpful when getting dressed but we managed anyway. The photographer instead was super nice and very professional, he shot so many great photos and sent them over the next day. Please note that photos are unedited, but you can easily edit them yourself because they are so well taken.
