I’m a returning customer. Hotel remain good as previous with friendly & helpful staff, easy check in and check out procedures & clean room.

we stayed two nights and it was a good stay. easy to access food places. most places open till very late

The new location is in Windmill building. Room was exceeded expectations with its exceptional cleanliness and hassle-free check-in process. Its prime location, just a short distance from Genting Premium Outlets, makes it incredibly convenient for shopping and exploring the area. The rooms are well-maintained, and the overall experience was smooth and comfortable. Highly recommended for a relaxing and convenient stay!

Have a great stay here! hotel staff from check in to check. out are helpful n friendly.. Our Luggage are safe and secured in their lobby while we walk around.. rooms are big n clean for the quads room.. recommended.. will come back next yr..

My kids love this hotel so much. The only downside is the availability at 3pm, we couldn't rest and prepare for theme park. Everything else is perfect. Easy access to everywhere. Staff are nice and helpful. Perfect for a family trip with kids. The ambience was delightful, featuring vibrant decor and spacious accommodations. Cleanliness was top-notch, earning a perfect score of 100%. We found the pricing very affordable given the amenities nearby. Overall, it was another fantastic stay, and look forward to returning for more adventures!
