The tour guide is friendly, kind and handsome. I arrived late and was still waiting for the tour via the KLOOK application. It's really the best. This is my 3rd time traveling via KLOOK. Basically, KLOOK is really the best.

It is located near the Otaru Canal, with convenient transportation. It happened to be snowing in Otaru, so I went to visit the four exhibition areas. It is a good place for watching art exhibitions.
