During this trip, we were fortunate enough to meet our tour guide Charles, and his performance was really admirable! Charles is fluent in multiple languages, including English, Japanese, Mandarin and Cantonese, which made our travel experience smoother and more enjoyable. Whether communicating with foreign tourists or asking locals, Charles was always able to deal with it easily and made us feel that language is no longer a barrier. We were deeply moved by Charles' patience and attentiveness. He will take the initiative to care about the needs of each group member. Whether it is adjustments to the itinerary or questions about the local culture, he will patiently answer them and make us feel cared for like family. Whenever we asked a question or request, he always had a smile on his face and was always ready to help. This service attitude made the whole trip full of warmth. During the trip, Charles was more than just a tour guide, but more like a friend. He will share many interesting stories and local customs, allowing us to not just watch the tour but to truly immerse ourselves in the culture of this place. The introduction of each attraction was full of his enthusiasm, making us full of expectations for each place. In addition, Charles is also very thoughtful in arranging the itinerary, fully considering the age and needs of the group members, and adjusting the itinerary just right so that everyone can enjoy the fun of the trip. He was always looking out for our safety and making sure everyone was having a comfortable tour, which made us feel very reassured. Overall, this trip became more exciting because of Charles' company. We are very grateful for everything he did for us and made our trip full of wonderful memories. I wish Charles all the best in his future work and can continue to provide such high-quality services to more tourists! If we have the opportunity to travel again, we would definitely like to explore new places with Charles again. Thank you again, Charles!

I checked in 3 cities in one day, and I give this trip a full score! From beginning to end, the itinerary was well arranged, the tour guide was very knowledgeable, and the people were warm and friendly, and they knew the local history and culture like the back of their hands. The deer in Nara Park are so cute, and we also bought deer biscuits to feed the deer, and our hearts were melted. There is a Buddha statue in Todaiji Temple that is super shocking, and people who like historical buildings and religion should be very interested. Uji gives me a very comfortable feeling. The flow of people here is relatively small. You can walk leisurely on the road and enjoy the beautiful scenery by the river. It is an ancient city that combines modernity and tradition very well. Hehe, I also brought a 10-yuan coin to check in with Byodoin. The last Fushimi Inari and Thousand Torii are so shocking, the endless red, especially beautiful under the sunlight.

We had a blast visiting so many attractions. Nara Park was better than expected and the deer there were friendly, gentle and fascinating. Our tour guide was the icing on the cake. She was patient and detail-oriented, and her knowledgeable and enthusiastic recommendations of great local restaurants and hidden treasures enriched our trip. Overall, the tour was a perfect blend of natural beauty and cultural insights, and is a highly recommended trip.

I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to visit Kyoto, Nara, and Uji in one day. We had a very responsible tour guide who would update the map and send us text messages on a daily basis to make sure all guests knew the meeting time and location. The deer in Nara Park kept chasing food, and the Todaiji Temple was very quaint and solemn. We had enough time to explore the food in Uji, and the matcha snacks and desserts were all very tempting. The Fushimi Inari Shrine and the red Thousand Torii Gates were really photogenic, and I couldn't help but keep pressing the shutter. Today was really a great day!
