We needed to exchange tickets at the counter before going up to the 65th floor. Besides the view and challenging yourself to step out on the glass, that's about all. We were not able to see sunset as it was cloudy. We took about 45 minutes to go through it.

We arrived at lower station by grab and bought priority tickets to take the fornicular. However, the tickets just allowed us to skip the queue only and not have our own space. Once reached there, there was no network for me to load the tickets. Staff was nice to let us connect to their WiFi to load the tickets. I went with my elderly mum and almost cannot make it as she does not want to take the wheelchair. Frequent rest stops needed and took it real slow but we were glad we made it. We took about 3 hours from the time we alighted the fornicular to complete the walk.

The driver and guide, Mr. Teh, is fluent in Chinese and English and is very enthusiastic. We were treated very well. It was originally scheduled to pick us up at the hotel at 9:30 in the morning, but we went to have breakfast first. We notified Mr. Teh using what's app and he said he could pick us up at a breakfast restaurant instead. He first took us around the city and then arranged for us to take a 1hr tricycle. The tricycle also thoughtfully arranged drivers with different languages according to guests from different countries (he helped us arrange Chinese drivers). The tricycle will pass through Little India, so you can find time to paint at another time. Indian hand drawing. After the tricycle, the driver took us to the restaurant we wanted to go to for Chinese food. He was very flexible and easy to communicate with! Highly recommend Mr. Teh!

The weather was very good, and we stayed from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The scenery was very pleasant day and night. The transparent walkway is challenging, fun and worth a visit

The three of us arrived on a cruise ship and only had a few hours in Penang. Our tour guide, William, was wonderful. He picked us up in his car at the port, took us to the Kek Lok Si temple and guided us to the best photo spots and the most interesting sites. He spoke good English and was very helpful. He parked at the very top so we didn’t have to walk up in the heat. Then he drove us down to every level and also gave us some free time to explore. After the temple he drove us to Penang Hill. It looked like it was about to rain, so William customized the schedule to show us as much as possible in the short time. The line to Penang Hill funicular was extremely long, if we were in a regular line it probably would have taken us an hour, but the tour included fast pass tickets, which was wonderful! William guided us ahead of the line, shows where to sit for the best views and walked with us to all the highlight on the hill. It was really a perfect tour and good value for the money. Highly recommend!

Recommended. We loved it. Spent quality time enjoying the beautiful scenery and the hike was pleasant. It was not hot and was windy making it even more enjoyable. So we would recommend this to anyone who are nature lovers.
