Our Klook driver Bapak Kadek picked up us on time and very friendly, brought us to the best place that I can say additional option and worth to the max. And with Jeep tour driver, he is a younger guy Hengki. He is a good photographer and took many good photos and videos. Me and my son were lucky enough to have a good weather and beautiful sunrise. ATV ride instructor Bapak Ketut is also two thumbs up, helped us recording our actions wild wild wet. Amazing experiences to die for

This time, I went on a jeep tour to Mount Batur with my parents. At first, I was worried that the volcano tour starting early in the morning would be tiring, or that the tour starting in the dark of the morning would be dangerous! However, my worries were put to rest after meeting NGURAH. He is so kind! NGURAH is also an excellent driver, so we were able to safely get to Mount Batur! He was the first to arrive, so he was the first to leave before people arrived, and we were able to enjoy the scenery quietly at Akasa Cafe when there were no people! He also helped us get on and off the jeep without getting hurt, and he took good care of my parents, so my parents were satisfied with the tour! From the dark night sky to the sunrise, until the sun fully rose, he took pictures and videos of us frequently, so we were able to take the best pictures of our lives thanks to him! I highly recommend NGURAH as a guide! NGURAH, You were the best guide I have ever been!

Our driver, erix, was also good and recommended only good places like restaurants and tourist attractions, which was great! Neither of us enjoy coffee, so when we asked if he could recommend something else since there was a coffee-related tour during the itinerary, he immediately recommended something and changed it for us! He also recommended local restaurants so we could eat deliciously, and since we were supposed to see the sunset in Bitur and return to our accommodation, we wanted to eat seafood at Jimbaran Beach in the evening, so we were going to talk about it, but he must have heard our conversation and said that if we wanted to eat dinner in Jimbaran first, we could, and he recommended a restaurant in Jimbaran, waited for us, and took us straight to the hotel. He was really the best driver! The jeep driver on the Batur tour was also very good at taking pictures! He drove smoothly and took really great pictures, so it was a very satisfying trip❤️ I want to use him again next time! Everyone should use him!

My trip to mount batur was one of the best trips in Bali. My tour driver Indra and jeep driver Andika made it extra special by providing 5 star service. Both were extremely kind, friendly and helpful. The views from the volcano were simply magical. Indra and Andika ensured I had the smoothest journey and greatest time. Andika is a great photographer and has amazing skills with the camera, he took many asthetically pleasing pictures of myself with the volcano and sunrise. 10/10 would recommend and Indra was very prompt and efficient driving me to all the destinations , the Ubud beach club was so much fun. Would recommend both Indra and Andika to anyone wishing to do this trip.

The trip was great. Jhon and Adi were my drivers and they were really kind and great photographers. This trip was a wonderful experience and I have lovely photos (and memories ofcourse) to remember that. Thankyou for the tour guys!

The experience was amazing. The driver Degus came to pick us up on time on hotel. He took us to the bottom of the mountain , from there the Jeep ride towards the mountain started. The Rider Jero was an amazing rider and a very friendly person. He gave us various information as well as clicked surreal photos. He captured the view perfectly and also recorded videos beautifully. It was a once in a lifetime experience to capture this moments and make it as a wonderful memories .

I just got back from the jeep tour and I'm leaving a review! I was with a Korean-speaking guide, Wayan, and a passionate photographer, Alan :) He was punctual, and he took high-quality photos and videos of the beautiful scenery! He drove safely and smoothly on the off-road roads, and he was fluent in Korean, so it was fun because he shared useful information :) I filled my stomach with the coffee and snacks they provided, and I enjoyed seeing the special sunrise, Mount Baturu, and Black Lava. I would have regretted not doing the jeep tour! Thank you both~⭐️

One of the best trip in Bali! It was so magical seeing the sunrise on the top of mountain plus Henra was one of the best tour guide we’ve ever had! His effort and dedication in taking photos was so worth it! He is so talented and easy to get a lon with!! Our driver Risia was also great!! On time and very understandable in our delays!
