Perfect time pick up at 6:30 am by our captain driver Alphonso. He was there before time at our hotel at Nusa Dua at 6:15am, we reached at sanur harbour on time, klook team was there to give us smooth transfer to the ferry, then at nusa penida driver was waiting with the name plate.. he took us to all the points kelingking, angel billabong, broken beach and Virgin beach. Special thanks to our nusa penida captain driver Mansu..will give ten out of ten rating...very good driving skills, jolly person, he helped us out to access all the points and click our photos. Only would like to complain about food quality for vegetarian food as we had lunch in our package was not up to mark will give 0 out of 10 rating for food only. Would recommend my friends to enjoy this professional service with Parmen Trekker! :) Before the trip, Parmen answered all my questions with prompt replies so he made us feel responsible at the very beginning. It was amazing to have Andrew accompanying and guiding. Without him, we cannot finish the summit for sure! Me and my friend were relatively weak and easily-tired trekker, but he was so patient and always followed our pace. The route was so flexible that they can be changed accordingly to your ability. We enjoyed two nights at the base camp with a full sky of stars. I have so much respect to the porters who worked very hard to prepare all the equipment and tasty food! Never a hungry moment for us😂We enjoyed a lot throughout the whole journey. It was a bit hard for us but it was really a memorable experience.

Our guide Mr.Nur was very efficient. Everything and everywhere we go, was very well taken care off. we had great times at the Gili’s. The guide took great pictures of us through out the time we were at Gili. High recommended.

Tour guide Tia was amazing! Everyone we met during the tour was so friendly and welcoming! But guys please check the distance from your hotel and this trekking place before making the booking. Traffic could be really bad.

The agent is very responsive and on time. After booking, the agent already give me the information thru Whatsapp (i like it because easy to communicate). I glad because we can change the pickup point from Kuta area to Senggigi area (because we changed our hotel). The drivers are really friendly and helpful. They even prepared us snacks and mineral water in the car. They shared information&history about Lombok during our 2 hours trip to waterfall so we wont get boring. Once arrived at waterfall, the tour guide is really soft spoken and helpful!! He offered to bring our backpack (ours bag are small). He also sharing info about waterfall. He suggested us to try water simple water rafting just to experience it and we all love it!!!! You guys can see in my photos. He is also good taking our videos and photos. They do all package mentioned in the package and everything is on time. We lunch at Villa bamboo and the foods are delicious. We also went to Sasak Village to see the traditional life there. They want to bring us to Monkey Park but we dont want because all of us scare with monkey 😅😅 Overall, I have no regret and worth my money taking this package. Thank you.

Giri, who was in charge of driving the Bali tour, arrived earlier than the appointed time, so we were able to see the sunrise from the best spot. ㅎㅎ And at the last stop of the tour, Akasa Cafe, it was really crowded, but he helped us secure the best spot and order quickly, so it was a really happy trip :) Lya, who was in charge of driving the jeep and taking pictures for the Bali tour... took so many pretty pictures without sparing herself for good compositions, so I was so grateful ㅠㅠ She especially took a lot of pictures that blended well with the background, and even though we're not good at posing, she suggested various poses for us, and most of all... even after all the jeeps had left and we were the only ones left, she kept taking pictures, which really showed her sincerity ㅠㅠ She took so many pretty pictures, and she was so passionate... It was a really lucky day! (The weather was good, but we met good people and had a fun trip ㅎㅎ)

It was an unforgettable trip to Mount Bromo and Mount Ijen – truly a memorable experience! Although the journey was physically tiring at times, the stunning views made everything totally worth it. I would also like to give a special compliment to my driver, Putro. He really took good care of me throughout the trip, always making sure I was comfortable and everything went smoothly. His friendly and professional attitude made the journey even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this trip to anyone who appreciates nature and scenic adventures – and if you can, do request for Putro as your driver!

Before starting this tour we had little to no expectations at all. We just wanted to experience hiking and of course a great sunrise view. Our tour started early in the morning, being picked-up on time by Mr. Indra at our hotel. He was our friendly driver and guide for the whole trip. After more than an hour drive we reached the parking spot at Mt. Batur and was introduced to our local hiking guide Ms. Putri. She was lovely and very hands-on to us, considering we never had hiking experience beforehand. The hike was not too difficult because we were comfortable conversing with her and had fun at the same time. She took good care of us and always reminds us to take our steps slowly “dahan-dahan” and to “ingat” which means be careful in our language. Reaching the top after almost an hour of hiking was a great feeling, a simple breakfast was prepared for us while waiting for the sunrise. Putri was very accomodating in taking tons of photos for us. The view was breathtaking from start to finish a definitely must do here in Bali. Afterwards we then headed to Batur Natural Hotspring. It was good to soak and relax after a tiring hike. Next stop was at Akasa Kintamani Café, the view again was just amazing. Finally we got dropped back at our hotel safely by Indra. Overall booking this tour here at Klook was gratifying. We did not feel awkward towards our guides and the flow of activities was not overwhelming us. Yes, there may be more affordable tour options out there, however from our experience I can say it was hassle-free and worth it. Two thumbs up to this!
