Things to do in Adashino Nenbutsuji Temple

A very special experience. When I went there, the cherry blossoms in Nijo Castle were in full bloom. I entered at 6:00 in the evening, just in time to enjoy the different views in the evening, sunset, and night. An event that is highly recommended to attend.

So much fun! It was a lovely way to see the river area, and to get from the Kameoka region into Arashiyama. The scenery was beautiful, and there were lots of cool birds to see. On top of that, the boat men were HILARIOUS. It was an hour and a half comedy show, honestly.

The trip overall was good! If you would like a hassle free tour and get to visit must see/experience in Nara and Kyoto in a day, I would highly recommend! It was well planned. We were able to visit Nara Deer, Fushimi Inari, Bamboo Forrest, and a lot more in just one day! Sofia our guide was informative, lively and knows what a good tour should feel like. We feel taken cared of. My husband had a similar tour last year but he said this Tour with Sofia is way better!
