HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! truly a complete experience; our guide Dongmin is a prepared and passionate person, very proud of his land, and transmits it in every moment of the visit!

Dony was a wonderful guide from start to finish—kind, attentive, interesting, intelligent, and very compassionate. We loved this day spent with family, and we highly recommend it to all travelers eager to discover beautiful things and enjoy quality time with their loved ones.

Only 8 joined for this tour on the day we signed for. We travelled in a bigger car. Kim was good as a tour guide and speaks English and Chinese. The temple was normal and big. The UNESCO village was very very beautiful!!! We had a nice walk around after lunch. Lunch was beef bulgogi and yummy. Pay the restaurant directly. The night view was beautiful and we ended early as night gets darker earlier in winter. We left around 6 plus but was caught in traffic jam. Reached Nampo area only around 8 plus. Overall a good day trip when in Busan.

We had a fantastic time with our guide Mimi. She was an excellent host and guide for us, sharing her love and enthusiam for the history, culture, sites (including the best picture spots), and quirks of Korea and the places we visited. Not only that, but our ten year old daughter who can be a bit… trying at times, reveled in the encouragement she got from her new bestie and had a blast all day long. Can only speak to Mimi and our experience of course, but A+ based on that!

Although the weather was not good, the tour leader still took good care of the group members. The introduction of the attractions is not careless either. If the weather is clear, it will be a great trip.

Had an amazing day, guided by the friendliest and caring guide Ms. Ruby. And also very lucky on the day we had snow fall which made all the scenery very beautiful. Definitely recommend everyone to use this service if you want to visit Nami (+ Eobi + Railbike).

we got an additional tourist attraction for free! we didn’t book the Eobi Ice Valley for our tour but when the guide was reiterating the destinations, it was included! it was a steal, yeah. the only thing I didn’t like during the entire trip was some people don’t respect the call time. but that’s what you get when you book a group tour so it’s fine.

Spring was a lovely tour guide. She kept us informed of what was happening. She was informative and passionate with the history, and she was very proactive in taking pictures of people at certain spots. She made an effort to get to know you and keep an eye out for you. The tour was well worth it. There was ample free time to move about and look at things at your own pace, which was nice. The areas themselves were interesting to hear about. There were a few steep hills and a bit of walking involved. If you didn’t want to do the walk in the tunnel you didn’t have to and it is not recommended if you have high or low blood pressure, diabetes or bad knees, as the walk back out of the tunnel is a continuous 350m very steep incline (there are seats every 50m though). If you are tall, be prepared to walk keeled over for 250m at the bottom part of the tunnel as the ceiling is quite low (I’m 5ft7 and still had to bend a bit). The Majong Lake Suspension Bridge was pretty cool, great views and a great photo spot. The only disappointments (not the tour’s fault) was that we weren’t able to do the JSA blue cabin part as it has been closed since 2023 due to a breach, and the rooftop viewing platform of the Dora Observatory was also closed. You still get a good view through the windows though.
