The room is small but clean. It is very clear when entering the lobby. There are self-service supplies, vending machines and self-service laundry. It is very considerate. I will book a room with Klook next time.

It's not far from Odaiba 1-chome shopping street. When taking the bus to the city attractions, there is a charge for boarding on 91 and 93 buses but no charge for getting off. When you walk to the left from the Shinagawa Seaside subway exit, you will see Lawson supermarket. After buying some water, you can go directly to the 16th floor to check in. The disadvantage of the hotel is that the indoor lighting is too dim. If daily cleaning service is required, a sign can be hung at the door. Even if room cleaning is not required, a bag of bath towels and two plastic bags will be hung at the door for replacement, which is a thoughtful service.

From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were impressed by the polished atmosphere and the attentive staff. The breakfast was truly outstanding. The buffet offered a wide variety of both Western and Japanese options, all prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. I particularly enjoyed the croissants and chili.. It was a fantastic way to start the day. The location was incredibly convenient, especially for our trip. We were in town for a concert in the Koto area, and the hotel's direct access to the train station made navigating the city effortless. This saved us valuable time and energy, allowing us to fully enjoy our sightseeing and the concert. We arrived quite early in the morning, and the staff was extremely accommodating regarding our early check-in request. While there was a small fee of ¥1000, it was absolutely worth it to be able to access our room after a long morning of sightseeing. The room provided a much-needed respite, allowing us to refresh and prepare for the rest of our day. The room itself was well-appointed, modern and minimalist, quiet and comfortable. The amenities were great! Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and upscale stay in the [mention the city/area].
