Smooth check in, pleasant stay. The receptionist Xinran was patient and helpful. Room was clear, spacious enough with a nice park view. We truly enjoyed our stay and had a fun time at both parks. Everyone was friendly and willing to help when we asked for directions around the parks.

awesome and magical experience. every animal show was fantastic. infinity pool was closed for maintenance for few weeks. don't think I read that in the booking. going to 2 parks and circus is too tight schedule.. regret taking the buffet as it is much cheaper there with kids add on.
