need to get paper ticket by showing the klook booking over the train station counter. it is hazzle free redemption. it depends on your luck whether you can get the seaview window seat. train departed on-time at 7:50am and reach Hue at 11:30am

The train journey from Da nang to Hue was enjoyable & relaxing. Highly recommend the journey. The right side window has best scenic views along the way. Extensive seas, lagoons & coastlines. It was defently somewhat of a cultural experience on board the local train. The middle carriage of train has a cultural feel to it. With two musical performers, take some time to visit the middle carriage where can enjoy a coffee or meal & listen to two amasing artist. Though i enjoyed the journey, i was disappointed with Klook & yet to hear from them regarding the delay in sending through my train voucher within the 24 hours as stated on their website. Follow travellers please do not get caught purchasing a ticket online with Klook so close to your travel date. Hence risk not having a seat. Da nang station didn't recognise my booking number or my passport number gi en to Klook at time of booking. I didn't want risk not having a ticket so I purchased another directly at station. The contact centre was closed. Surprisingly after several email & Web request to get this resolved, I received my voucher not longer after I purchased my ticket directly from the train station. I was able to go back & return my ticket a receive the price I paid less 20% of ticket price. I'm still waiting to hear back from Klook on any compensation they will offer me for stress they caused. Safe travels 🙏

even you bought ticket via klook, u still have to que to get the bracelt ticket .. water wasnt so warm, getting to the indoor water park is quite windy.. 😅 so we are chillin everytime we stand from the water to change place .. area is quite big . too many things for the kids to do. . really worth paying a visit . 1 day is sufficient to explore all. have variety of fast food to choose from..

Great place , very organised! Locker provided at every level. Water roller coaster ride was a blast! The onsen on the 4th level was great with toiletries provided! Relaxing place . Food choices was good

Very clean and well maintained water park. Parents and grandmother enjoyed the onsen while the kids loved the slides. Food is also good.
