It was a nice experience—well organized. The food served was great too. Just a heads-up about the boat ride: it can be bumpy and a bit scary when they park the boat. It seems normal for them to get hit by another boat during docking.

The tour guide didn’t send me any message the one day before, so I need to check to their office for pick up schedule. But the tour guide is very nice, too hard to mention his name is Doug or Duk, the drive also so kind. The direction is clear.

Experience the affordable option of a two-day, one-night cruise! This cruise itinerary provided by Oriental Cruise can choose to pick up and drop off from Hanoi to Halong Bay. The pick-up and drop-off drivers are also on time and count the number of people. The pick-up and drop-off driver is a different team from the cruise ship, but there is no problem with the pick-up and drop-off. The cruise itinerary includes Hero Island (ti top island), Halong Bay yacht/canoe experience, and Hang Sung Sot. The itinerary time is slightly different from what Klook wrote, but it should mainly be based on the tour guide Tony's consideration of the suitable time period for the attractions. The arrangement was made, and everyone participated in it in the end, so it was great. The activities on the yacht are more general, so the main activities are to get off the boat to various scenic spots. The catering is acceptable (the quantity may be slightly insufficient). The room is small, so it is not recommended to bring too much luggage. It is recommended to store large luggage at the Hanoi hotel and bring a set of clothes to change. All in all, it is a good choice for an affordable cruise itinerary. At this price, it is already great. It is suitable for travelers who want to sleep on the cruise ship and visit the main attractions of Ha Long Bay. It is not suitable for those who want the experience on a high-end cruise ship.

A day trip was sufficient to take in the sights and landscape of Halong Bay. We were upgraded to Route 2 which included bamboo boat ride to the cave, Titop Island and Sung Sot cave. Lee, our guide was enthusiastic and made sure everyone had a good experience.

Best experience ever in Vietnam! Our tour guide, Tony, was incredibly kind. The food was absolutely delicious, and we made so many new friends from Europe. After dinner, we had a fun karaoke party, tried squid fishing, and even learned how to make spring rolls. The highlight of the trip was definitely kayaking—the area was peaceful and less crowded. The biking adventure the next day on Cat Ba Island was equally amazing. The scenery was breathtaking. 100000/5 stars!

The company contacted us with details of the trip and pick-up a few days before the activity and confimed the actual time the night before via WhatsApp. The company did a good job coordinating the different aspects of the trip and as a result, it ran smoothly. We enjoyed a delicious lunch with a couple of seafood dishes while taking in the magnificent view of the bay. The upper deck of the boat had sofa, swing and deck beds etc placed on artificial grass and provided a good spot to take pictures from good angles. The walk through the cave was a pleasant one with the opportunity to admire several interesting limestone formations. In addition, the bamboo boat ride was smooth and relaxing with gentle sea breeze. The climb to the top of Ti Top island was steep and tiring but the view was worth it. Overall the  trip included a good mix of activities. Our guide Ken was helpful and shared with us interesting information about Vietnam and the places we visited. The hotel we stayed in is a 3 star hotel. It is comfortable and served us good meals. However, there is not much to do around the hotel as the night market and beach are some distance away.

We love the cruise! I was with my elderly mother and aunt. They had so much fun with the cruise. From Hanoi to Ha Long Bay was a good 2hrs+/-. The van was spacious and driver prompt. Welcoming water was provided. PS no bottled water inside the cruise ship so you need to by canned water there. Hot water is provided for free though. Crew and guides are very nice and accommodating. They answer queries properly and offer elaboration to questions. Especially David our guide and another Guide who discussed with me some information about Hang Sung Sot cave. The food was amazing. Literally that you can eat all you can. I love the vast selection. The activities are good for 1 day. Not really crammed. We just had a lot of stairs to climbed. Be sure to know this if you have elderly with you. Overall experience is a must try. ❤️
