very considerate in terms of check in check out. was able to stay for a little lobger while waiting to be picked up by the sleeper bus.

I really like the check-in via chat. It's convenient, the accommodation is okay, and it's perfect. The admin contacted me very quickly and solved the problem very well. I'd like to add more contact channels in the Klook app.

Receptionist are courteous. They arranged all tours and our cabin bus back to Hanoi.

Sapa Centre Hotel is excellent. The location is great since it is near the Sapa Station. The FO is accommodating and can talk in English, so it is not very hard or difficult to us to communicate. The room was also great. They even upgraded my room from original 1 king size bed into 2 queen size bed. I love it. The room was also clean and tidy. The AC was good and the heater in bathroom was also great. One thing I noticed is they have no excellent internet connection but I understand it since they are in mountain region. The food in the buffet was so good. I love the western cuisine and also the Vietnamese cuisine. Overall, I love my stay and will definitely recommend this one to other tourists specially to my fellow Filipino countrymen.

Everything was good. Frontdesk able to assist after 10pm as we wanted to buy water. Dont expect too much when you pay less ya. The very good thing was that the frontdesk let us drop our bag when we checked out the hotel in the morning and came back at night.

Highly recommended. Neat, romantic, amazing view, spacious, great staffs and good food. 😊 the pool is amazing too.

Our stay is very worth its price! The mountain view of our room is breathtaking. The buffet breakfast is diverse and plenty. The rooms are clean and it was well kept every day.
