Unmissable sights in Boracay

Boracay is one of the most popular beach getaway destinations in the Philippines, especially during the summer and the country’s Holy Week. If you’re looking to spend a few days of relaxation under the sun during your vacation in the country, then look no further. Some of the top things to do in Boracay aside from hanging at the beach is to partake in water sports, ride a jet ski, go snorkeling, and surfing. It also boasts a festive nightlife. There are numerous bars and clubs lined up along its beaches in between luxurious hotels.

White Beach

White Beach is one of, if not the, main tourist attractions in Boracay. It is described to be “paradise” because it is clean, its sands are soft, and the swaying palm trees and the sound of its rustling leaves contribute to the laid back and tranquil atmosphere. It’s also one of the best places in the world to watch the sunset, especially if you’re here with a significant other. Locals offer activities like scuba diving and parasailing here.

White Beach Path

The White Beach Path is the walkway behind White Beach that’s perfect for relaxing morning strolls with your companions or partner. Hotels, shops, restaurants, bars, and even small clubs are lined up along the path, so you can definitely find the perfect accommodation here to be right next to White Beach, dine at places that serve what you’re craving, and partake in the nearby nightlife festivities during the off hours.

Diniwid Beach Road

Diniwid Beach Road is a pathway that’s past Station 1 and it leads to Diniwid Beach, which is one of the most popular beaches on Boracay Island. Since it’s in the area past Station 1, the crowds aren’t as big as the crowds in Station 2, even during peak season. Like White Beach, it has its fair share of eateries, bars, and hotels lined up nearby.

Station 1

Station 1 is famous for having the most luxurious hotels on the island. It’s also close to one of the must-sees in Boracay, Willy’s Rock formation, an outcrop with a small statue of the Virgin Mary on top of it. The area is also considered to be one of the calmer and more quiet areas on the island.

Bulabog Beach

Bulabog Beach is one of the best places to visit in Boracay and it is located on the side of the island known for its cool breezes and winds. This makes the beach one of the ideal spots on the island for kite surfing, one of the exciting activities that tourists can try out as well as diving. The winds make the walks around the beach and along its shore more relaxing.

Station 2

Station 2 is the most bustling area on the island because it is where you’ll find two of the island’s best shopping areas: the bustling D’Talipapa marketplace and D’Mall. Here, you can shop for local trinkets, dine at any of the many restaurants you can find in D’Mall, hangout at bars and clubs at night, and partake in the variety of water activities like jet skiing and surfing being offered along the beach.

Puka Shell Beach

Puka Shell Beach, at a point in time, had puka shells lined up along its shore, which is why it is named the way it is now. It’s also part of the itineraries of island hopping tours offered by locals. It is famous for its “unspoiled” beauty. The waters are crystal clear, making it one of the best places to go scuba diving on the island. You can also take the chance to see the islands flying foxes here.

Station 3

Station 3 is the budget traveler’s paradise of Boracay Island. The cheapest hotels can be found here and you can shop for some of the same things you can find at D’Mall for half the price! It’s also one of the most relaxing places on the island for those looking for peace and quiet because all the hustle and bustle occurs at Station 2. While it is more quiet than Station 2, it has its fair share of restaurants, bars, clubs, and water activities.

Ilig-Iligan Beach

Ilig-Iligan Beach is a secluded beach in Boracay and can be accessed by taking island hopping tours. You will hardly find people here and if you’re looking to spend time away from the island’s crowds, this is definitely one of the best spots on the island to visit. It’s also a good snorkeling area. The water is cold and you’ll be able to marvel at the many fish and crabs underwater near the shore.

Mount Luho

Mount Luho is one of the most scenic spots on the island and one of its prime photo stops because there’s a viewing platform on the very top. There, you can enjoy a jaw-dropping view of the island and the cool breeze as you marvel at the verdant landscape below. At the bottom of the mountain, you can rent buggy carts and ATVs so you can enjoy driving around the area.

We will surely avail of the same service when we go back to Boracay in May. It was so convenient. We were assisted and getting in to the boat and hotel was fast. The staff were efficient, kind and helpful. It was a breeze using Klook , what more with a discount ! :) Most of all, we were safe ! Thanks Klook !

It was a really smooth transfer. Did not have to mind anything although out the journey. Just that the time management for the departure i think is too early, 4hrs before your flight, as its quite local and takes only 30mins to get to airport from boracay proper, we were there more than 2 hours before our boarding and flight.

Awesome activity and definitely a must try if you love the water, waves, sun, sea breeze/winds and a bit of adrenaline rush. You can freely choose your speed and distance within the set parameters and as long as you do not damage the watercraft. I booked this on the same day of activity and everything went smoothly. Instructions are clear and safety is ensured. The guides are within reach to assist you if needed.

Although it's quite expensive, I think it's worth it. Towing the umbrella is super fun. Give him your phone and he will take pictures for you. It's just that the peak is a little big on it. I feel dizzy and feel like vomiting. I spit it out, but I still held it back. Walking under the sea is also fun. He will teach you some gestures. Overall, it is very good. I think it is quite worth it. This time I came to the Philippines to find the most fun ride.

My friend and I had only two girls participating in the event. Although English was poor and at first unfamiliar and at a loss, but when I was going to run the second bar, I started to know everyone! Throughout the game, I met two Korean oppas 😂 both rely on broken English to communicate with the estimated dog translation 🤣 After the event, there will be contact to eat after the event. If you are not enough, you must be careful about your own safety! Like it 👍

The staff picked us up at the hotel on time. They took a small bus to the pier. Maybe there were only two passengers except us on weekdays. After arriving at the pier about 15 minutes, the boat left, and then it took less than three minutes to reach the pier. I’m at the airport. It’s actually very close. The whole process takes less than an hour, and the staff will take you. There are people to welcome you all the way from the airport to Boracay. I personally think it saves a lot of trouble, and the cost is not expensive. It is recommended to buy this itinerary, which saves trouble!
