Designed by Italian architect, Michele De Lucchi, the Bridge of Peace is probably one of the most avant-garde and eye-catching designs in Georgia. One of the most popular religious landmarks in the ancient city of Mtskheta, the Jvari Monastery is a beautiful 6th century mountaintop monastery. The monastery is still an important pilgrimage site, and is considered to be one of the most sacred places to this day. The main street in Tbilisi, Rustaveli Avenue is a popular tourist destination and one of the most popular streets in the city.
