Pamela makes the workout seem fun and easy, but trust us, you will feel the burn! YouTuber Niki Blasi did this workout for two weeks, and we have to agree that the results are pretty convincing.     Another one from fitness guru Lilly Sabri - this time a full body fat loss workout! With 40+ days in quarantine, we’d have to admit that we need to start shredding off some of those yummy quarantine meals. This workout also doesn’t include any jumping (yes - no burpees!) so it’s definitely apartment-friendly, too!

    Get fit with YouTuber Krissy Cela on this 14-Day Fitness challenge! This fitness challenge is currently on-going, allowing you to feel like you’ve got an instructor doing the work out along with you. Krissy’s programme changes per day so you’re sure to get a full body transformation after completing the program.
