ComfortDelGro Taxi is one of the popular Singapore transportation modes. They have an app that you can download for easier hailing. Their cabs have four to seven seating capacities. However, if you feel like you might have a hard time booking a taxi online, ComfortDelGro also has the Dial-A-Cab and SMS-A-Cab features. That means you can book cabs in advance as well. If you're feeling a little fancy, you can go for the limousine taxi booking too!

Maxim is another cab hailing app. Like the others, this Singapore transportation also allows users to book a ride via its app where they can already see the prices upfront. A feature of this app includes saving previous trips for a more convenient repeat ride.

If you don't want to download another ride-hailing app, that's totally fine. You can just hail a cab on the streets or by the taxi stand! Like in the Philippines, the taxis in Singapore are metered too.

All you have to do is to secure yourself a Singapore Tourist Pass or a stored value smartcard, which you can buy at Transitlink Ticket Offices in Singapore MRT stations, and convenience stores. This card will serve as your access pass to the train.
