The Aqua Planet Waterpark Clark Review: Is The Park Worth A Visit?

There’s no better way to beat the heat than spending a day at the best Clark Waterpark. Aqua Planet Waterpark is one of the biggest waterparks in Asia, spanning over 10 hectares and featuring more than 38 exhilarating water rides and attractions. Thrill-seekers who love water slides definitely would not want to miss this. Located 2 hours from Metro Manila, this place makes for a great day trip with the family! 

Read on to find out what you can expect at Aqua Planet Waterpark!

With so many rides and slides to conquer, you have no time to waste! Skip the queues when you book your ticket on Klook. Enter Aqua Planet Waterpark through a Klook Exclusive VIP line at the main ticketing entrance. Flash your mobile voucher to exchange for an RFID wristband, and you’re all set.

The RFID wristband will need to be topped up with cash value, and you can use that to pay for items inside the park, like locker rentals, food, and merchandise.

You won’t have to worry about leaving your belongings unattended while you take the slides. The lockers at Aqua Planet Waterpark cost ₱200, which you can pay for with your RFID wristbands.

If you’re heading to Aqua Planet Waterpark with the entire squad, you can opt to rent a Cabana. These cost ₱3,000 to ₱6,000 and can comfortably fit up to 25 people, providing a private space to relax and recharge between rides. The Cabanas also come equipped with safe boxes for you to securely store your belongings.

#KlookTip: Parents should opt for the Bubblies Cabanas E-H as these are nearest to the kiddie area, allowing you to rest while still keeping an eye on the little ones.

Many have voted the Tornado to be their favorite ride at Aqua Planet Waterpark, and it’s easy to see why. As you plummet down the towering 20-meter slide, you'll be whipped around sudden twists and turns, feeling as if you've been transported right into the eye of a swirling tornado. Plus, this ride can sit 4 at a time, allowing you to share the adrenaline-pumping experience with the entire gang simultaneously!

The Super Bowl is another 4 person ride that the whole squad can enjoy together! If you’ve ever wondered what it was like to be tossed around inside a giant washing machine, this experience at Aqua Planet Waterpark comes pretty close. The spiral tubes will have you swinging from side to side before making a grand splash into the catch pool.

The Sky Shuttle will have you defying gravity as you get blasted upwards into space at breathtaking speeds. As this is a 4 person ride, the weight of your fellow passengers will determine how high you soar before getting yanked back down the near-vertical slope!

Speed through the loops of the Spiral Slide with your buddies on this 2 person ride. With exciting twists and turns at every corner, causing you to slow down and speed up almost instantaneously, this is a great warm-up ride to get your adrenaline flowing before taking on some of the bigger slides at this Clark Waterpark.

Do note that you’ll need to carry your own 2 person float up to the top of the slide tower. But the excitement of whizzing down the Spiral Slide together is well worth the effort!

The Hurricane is a more thrilling version of the Spiral Slides, so be sure to take this ride only after you’ve taken the latter. This supercharged version kicks the thrills up a notch with faster speeds and tighter turns that will leave you breathless. The spacious slides will have you riding through twists and bends, and can get pretty fast at certain curves of the slide.

The Aqua Loop is the most thrilling ride in Aqua Planet Waterpark and is not recommended for the faint-hearted. As you stand above the trapdoor, you can feel your heart racing in anticipation before you free fall 100 meters into a 360-degree loop. It's over in a flash, but the exhilarating memory of conquering the Aqua Loop will last a lifetime!

Grab a mat and race your friends down the rainbow at the Octopus Racer slides. The beginning of the slides are enclosed, twisting and turning as you gain speed.  Daylight breaks through as the slide opens up, and you streak down the final straightaway, allowing you to have a healthy competition with your friends. Who will make the biggest splash at the bottom of this Clark Waterpark slide?

If you’re not a fan of the rides, head on over to the Wave Pool at Aqua Planet Waterpark for a splashing good time. Grab a life vest and wade into the refreshing water, where you’ll be blown away by the 8 different types of waves. There is even a huge LCD screen in front where you’ll get to catch yourselves in action, adding to the lively beach party atmosphere.

If you prefer to just laze around in the water, the Wave River is where you’ll be right at home. Grab a float and let the gentle current carry you along the winding river bends after all those thrill rides. The cool water is a welcome respite from the hot sun. This is also a good break for your legs after climbing all those stairs to the top of the rides.

Get ready to boogie as you shred through the waves over at Boogie Bay. If you’ve always wanted to try bodyboarding but you’re afraid of the open ocean, this is a great time to try! Experienced rangers are on hand to give you pointers on how to catch the perfect wave. Be sure to grab a lift vest before heading in.

The little ones definitely won’t be left with nothing to do if they’re not tall enough for the slides. Head over to the Kiddie Zone, where colorful mini slides, shallow pools, fountains, and water sprayers allow them to experience the same thrills! Parents can relax in the poolside lounge area while keeping a watchful eye as their children frolic and make new friends at Aqua Planet Waterpark!
