What is Ski Dubai?
Ski Dubai is a massive ski resort perched on top of the Mall of Emirates. Sixty tons of snow welcome curious tourists from all over the world, providing a break from the relentless heat of the Middle Eastern sun. It has an 85-m high indoor snow mountain with 5 ski slopes of varying difficulty levels. Its steepest is the 400-m long black diamond run, the first high-level indoor ski slope in the world.

At the end of the slopes lies the Snow Park, a 3000-sqm play area perfect for families. Attractions like Ice Cave and Zorb Ball are just a few of the many Snow Park rides that you can try here, along with the famous Penguin Encounters and March of the Penguins Show. Snow outfits will be provided on-site, including disposable socks, jackets, trousers, and boots.

What are Ski Dubai’s opening hours?
Ski Dubai is open from 10:00am-12:00am on Monday to Friday, and from 9:00am-12:00am on Saturday to Sunday. The Penguin March is live from 2:00pm-4:00pm everyday.
How to get to Ski Dubai?
Ski Dubai is located in the Mall of Emirates at Sheikh Zayed Road. You can get there by bus, metro, taxi or car. The best way to get there is by taking the metro and stopping at the Mall of the Emirates station on the Red Line.
Parking is free on weekdays at A Parking lot. You must present your Ski Dubai ticket, otherwise, your parking won’t be validated and you’ll be charged after 4 hours. You can also park at the Mall of the Emirates for free during weekends and public holidays.

What health and safety measures is Ski Dubai taking?
Ski Dubai is using fogging machines to disinfect large areas and the staff is cleaning and sanitizing surfaces after every guest interaction, paying particular attention to high touchpoints such as counters, POS, and payment terminals.
As an added precaution, it is now mandatory for employees and guests to wear a face mask. Ski Dubai has also introduced new measures to ensure that physical distancing is maintained throughout the guest journey.
How is Ski Dubai enforcing physical distancing?
Ski Dubai has implemented additional measures to ensure this is enforced such as installing instructional signage and deploying safety ambassadors to guide guests on best physical distancing practices.
Guests can now enjoy a queue-less experience by booking their tickets online in advance or at the QR pod. To further minimize physical contact and exposure, Ski Dubai offers contactless payment options.
Do I need to wear a face mask and gloves?
For your comfort and peace of mind, all guests will be required to wear a face mask throughout Ski Dubai premises.
Is it safe to order food?
Ski Dubai has extensive measures in place to ensure the highest levels of food safety are maintained such as monitoring and recording the temperature to ensure it is safe for consumption. Staff are also following strict safety protocols which include sanitizing workstations every hour and washing their hands at least every 20 minutes and before handling food. Guests can also pre-order their food online and we also provide a contactless collection service to minimize physical contact.
Can I get coronavirus from penguins?
According to the World Health Organization, there is no evidence that an animal can transmit COVID-19, which is mainly spread through droplets produced when an infected person coughs, sneezes, or speaks.

One look at Ski Dubai’s towering slopes and sprawling Snow Park and you’re sure to feel the adrenaline rush. Kick-off the adventure with a slide along the five slopes, which you can try on your own or with a guide through the Discovery Course. This course is a fun way of improving your skiing or snowboarding skills because you’ll be trained one-on-one in a safe yet amazing environment.
