For those who want to feel like they’re in the province but still keep the niceties of modern life, head to La Provinzia. This vacation house will give other resorts in Camotes Island, Cebu a run for their money. It became famous for its bahay kubo accommodations, or rooms similar to nipa huts. But despite the back-to-basics set up, inside these rooms are comfortable beds, with some rooms even equipped with air conditioning.

Aside from their unique accommodation, La Provinzia also has a small pool, a kitchen, and a mini-gym. To add to these facilities, the property is also situated close to the beach - allowing for a wider range of activities during your stay. 4. Areca Palm Hut

Beaches are not for everyone, so if you prefer a more secluded vacation amidst nature, head to Catmon Highlands and stay at Areca Palm Hut. This Instagrammable bahay kubo inspired accommodation is located in a remote area, enveloped by towering palm trees and manicured gardens. Inside the rustic abode is an equally picturesque space with wooden furnishings. The second floor was originally an attic that they converted into a room with a giant window, giving guests a view of the entire lot.

At their outside patio sits a private pool and bonfire area - ideal spots for the entire family to bond and spend time together. For your meals, you can grill barbecues outdoors or cook up a storm in the kitchen, then serve and enjoy in the pool!

6. Palalong Views

10. Cebu Beach House Villa
