This Michelin-starred Hong Kong restaurant has been around for more than 70 years, having been established in 1948! Known for their Lo Shui special recipe, this restaurant has received a lot of accolades through the years. The Michelin Guide website described their signature marinated goose as "velvety" and "flavorful." They have a number of Lo Shui-style goose dishes including goose wings, legs, liver, kidney and intestine.

This Hong Kong restaurant has been rated with three Michelin stars, which means "exceptional cuisine, worth a special journey!'
