How can I redeem my Gift Card balance?
Go to www.klook.com/balance and enter the code written on your Gift Card or receipt to redeem your card's balance. Each Gift Card can only be redeemed once.
How do I use my redeemed balance?
At the checkout page, you'll find the Gift Card option among the other payment methods. Please note that you will only be able to check out using the Gift Card if your currency setting is the same as the cards'. You can use other payment methods to cover any remaining amount in case your balance is insufficient.
Can I use the Gift Card balance on top of Klook Credits and promo codes?
