    The F4 fever is real!

As a teenager in the early 2000s, you probably adored the F4 Taiwan boys and remember how they put you through a rollercoaster of emotions. Two decades later and several adaptations after, Meteor Garden still holds a place in many people’s hearts and dreams of having a romance like Shan Cai.
Make those dreams come true with this nostalgic Meteor Garden Taiwan tour, featuring filming locations of the drama in Taipei and Chiayi’s charming districts. Visit sites like the National Chung Cheng University and P.S. Bubu Café and experience Taiwan through the eyes of your favorite characters.

    1. National Chung Cheng University

The fictional “Ying De University” which San Chai and the F4 Taiwan boys attended is actually named National Chung Cheng University in real life. Several notable scenes took place here, including the rooftop where Hua Ze Lei hangs out, the school cafeteria, and the campus fountain. And how can true fans forget locker #150?

    2. Tamkang University

Other exterior scenes for “Ying De University” were shot at Tamkang University. You might recognize the open sports field and monkey bars, as well as the Carrie Chang Fine Arts Center (CCFAC) where the Meteor Garden drama ensued. The glass façade was witness to Shan Cai’s cries and Dao Ming Si’s confrontations.

The car-themed restaurant that was featured in Meteor Garden is still around today so you can relive Shan Cai and Dao Ming Si’s date. Take a seat in the upcycled vintage beetle cars and enjoy a great meal at P.S. Bubu Café. You can even bring your fur babies along for the trip. Don’t forget to order a banana split to share for dessert.

In Episode 8, Shan Cai went to the zoo with Si and Wang Xiao Long where they ended up having an argument. Hopefully, your visit is more peaceful when you tour this interactive Taiwan tourist attraction.

While in the area, Lover’s Bridge at the Fisherman Wharf and reminisce about the sweet moments of Shan Cai and Dao Ming Si from Meteor Garden.

    7. Leofoo Village Theme Park

It was comical to watch Shan Cai, Dao Ming Si, Xiao You, and Zhong Ze in the episode where they went on a double date. Despite being supposedly a fun place, the group ended up having an awkward day at the Guanxi amusement park due to the circumstances. There is no reason you cannot enjoy the thrilling rides and musical water shows, though.

Hua Zhe Lei later comes to the rescue and helps her find the discarded necklace. Create your own memories as you explore the butterfly pavilion and take in the scenery.
