In What's Wrong With Secretary Kim, Park Seo Joon plays a narcissistic and selfish vice president of a family-owned business named Lee Young-Joon. However, when his secretary of 9 years, played by Park Min Young, has tendered her resignation, he is caught off guard by the situation and the feelings that arise.
