Currently steering the helm at ARCA Tulum, he crafts dishes that blend tradition with innovation.

Chef Ben Ing's story is an inspiring testament to perseverance and passion. Committed to procuring hyper-seasonal produce at Alberta’s Kitchen & Store, he works intimately with local farmers to curate dishes that celebrate the region’s freshest flavours. Between 11 October till 15 October 2023, epicurean diners can experience ARCA cuisine by booking lunch or dinner seats at Bar & Billiard Room at Raffles Hotel. Choose from lunch and dinner seatings and their respective tasting menus. You can also use your American Express cards while booking to secure priority booking.
