Step 1: Enter your passport details
Click on the promotional page and enter your passport’s full name and ID Number. Note that this discount is exclusively for non-Taiwanese passport holders planning on visiting Taiwan for less than 180 days or with a visa-exempt entry.
Step 2: Get your promo code once you submit the required information
After successfully imputing the passport name and identification number on the campaign page, your Klook account will receive a promo code which you can use once you book your Taiwan High-Speed Rail tickets.
Step 3: Enter the promo code on the booking page and claim your tickets
Access the Taiwan High-Speed Rail activity page and purchase your One-way tickets to Taichung, Changhua, Yunlin, Chiayi, Tainan, and Zuoying (Kaohsiung). Tickets in your basket must be (2) regular adult tickets to avail of the Buy 1 Get 1 promo.

1. Until when is the discount on the site?
The discount period is from December 15, 2022 to March 31, 2023.

2. Who are eligible of the Buy 1 Get 1 promo?
The discount is only valid for non-Taiwanese residents with a short-term stay (less than 180 days) or visa-exempt entry. The discount does not apply to foreigners with an education or employment visa. Klook and THSR reserve the right to cancel the discount or reject the redemption tickets if the criteria are unmet.
3. After my booking is confirmed, how do I reserve my seats?
Reserve the seats in advance on the High-Speed Rail to redeem your tickets physically with the redemption code. Physical tickets can only be redeemed if there is an online reservation.
4. Until when is my ticket valid?
All tickets should be used within 89 days starting the next day after the payment date.
5. Can you use other promotions or discounts with the transaction?
The discount is non-transferable and cannot be used with other promotions, deals, promo codes or membership offers. Also, the discount cannot be transferred and exchanged for cash or credit limit for other products or services.
