As a measure to ensure safety of all guests, Tales of Illumina only accept guests who are fully-vaccinated against COVID-19 and their ticket booth personnel requires vaccination cards prior to entry. For added precaution, Tales of Illumina limits each area to 10 persons to maintain social distancing protocols throughout their tour.

Tales of llumina is found in the 2nd floor of Ever Gotesco Mall along Commonwealth Avenue. All ticket holders and walk-ins may enter through the North Entrance for the designated entrance and parking area.
