Safety Protocols
In light of COVID-19, Toni & Guy branches have implemented new health and safety guidelines for both staff and clients:
- Staff and clients must observe social distancing at all times. The number of clients per appointment time have also been reduced for easy management.
- All staff members are required to wear full PPEs throughout their shift.
- Clients are required to wear face masks and full face shields upon entering the salon. While face shields can be removed during the session, face masks should be kept on all throughout.
- Staff are required to sanitize tools, equipment and surfaces after every appointment.
- Temperature checks will be conducted before entering the salon.
- Guests are required to fill up a health declaration form before their appointment.
- Toni & Guy have a strict no waiting policy. All guests who come into the salon must have an appointment, companions are not allowed.
- If symptoms arise 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, call the respective Toni & Guy branch and reschedule to a later date.
- Sanitation stations are available throughout the salon. Rigorous cleaning is also conducted daily and in between appointments using hospital grade products and disinfectants.
