The hotel has in place a series of initiatives following Government-mandated protocols on guest handling and housekeeping such as, but not limited to, the following:
- Contactless transactions through the hotel’s e-Concierge (web check in/out, online booking and food ordering, virtual chat assistance)
- Completion of a Health Declaration Form upon check-in
- Body temperature checking using a thermal scanner at the hotel’s entrances
- Physical distancing, wearing of face mask, proper hand washing / sanitizing
- Acrylic glass barrier set up at the front desk for additional protection
- A floor marker that allows a one (1) meter distance between guests when queuing to ensure physical distancing
- Front desk personnel attending to guests wear face masks.
- Disposable gloves are worn when handling cash or documents, and/or materials that are passed from person to person.
- All staff members extending guest assistance that require physical contact (e.g. wheelchair, bell service) wear proper PPE, such as face mask and gloves, whenever necessary.
