Dreaming about visiting the iconic Gardens by the Bay? Or do you miss shopping the day away at Orchard Road? Fret not, as Singapore is finally opening its boarders to leisure travelers! Effective on April 1, 2022, Singapore travel requirements have eased up and now welcomes all fully vaccinated visitors* inside Lion City. Travelers no longer need to worry about entry approvals, pre-departure tests, on-arrival tests and quarantine protocol. Just be sure to be complete with all the travel requirements and you'll be in Haji Lane once again!
*Fully vaccinated and non-fully vaccinated children aged 12 and below by year of birth will be allowed to enter Singapore
With Singapore travel restrictions easing up, Filipino passport holders are finally able to experience some much-needed travel time abroad.

Are Filipinos eligible to visit Singapore?
As of April 1, Filipinos are allowed to visit Singapore as long as they are fully vaccinated.
Currently, non-fully vaccinated short-term visitors are generally not allowed entry into Singapore except visitors with other valid entry approval (e.g. for compassionate reasons).
Are travelers still required to quarantine upon arrival?
Fully vaccinated Philippine passport holders no longer need to quarantine upon arriving Singapore.
Eligible Travelers Who Can Enter Singapore
While Filipinos are finally allowed to travel to the Lion City, there are a few travel requirements to prepare before the trip depending on your eligibility. Please refer below:
1. Fully vaccinated travellers
Travel Requirements:
1. Proof of vaccination and uploaded vaccination certificate onto the Vaccination Check Portal with the following details:
- Name (per travel document used for entry)
- Country of vaccination
- Name of vaccine(s) administered, i.e. different names for different vaccine type
- Vaccination date(s)
2.Secured airplane tickets to Singapore
3. Valid Visa (for visa-required visitors)
4. Downloaded TraceTogether app with registered profile
5. 3 days before departure: Submit SG Arrival Card and e-health declaration via the official and free e-service on the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) website

2. Non-fully vaccinated travellers
Travel Requirements:
Kindly note that non-fully vaccinated short-term visitors are generally not allowed entry into Singapore except visitors with other valid entry approval (e.g. for compassionate reasons).
Your pre-departure checklist:
- Obtain entry permissions: Submit an application here.
- 2 days before departure: Take a COVID-19 Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) or professionally-administered Antigen Rapid Test (ART)
- Upon arrival: Undergo a 7-day Stay Home Notice (SHN) at any pre-booked accommodation
- After completion of SHN: Undergo a PCR test
