Pick Up Guidelines

• Customers should fill in the accurate pick-up date, time, contact phone number, email address and other information carefully. We shall not be responsible for any loss arising from your failure to provide accurate information.
• Please pick up the product at the selected location according to the date and time of the order
• You must present your Klook voucher upon arrival to redeem your discount/reservation. The merchant has the right to reject your voucher otherwise
• You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher for this activity after ordering
• If an order is not being picked up on the specified date, the order will be deemed forfeited and no refund will be made

• Dry ice is excluded for delivery order. Please reserve area of freezer (-18°C) for the storage of ice cream cake
• Delivery service is limited to Hong Kong, Kowloon, New Territories commercial, industrial and residential addresses only
• Unless the delivery fee table includes the following areas for selection, delivery service is not available to the following areas: Restricted Area, Lo Wu, Lok Ma Chau, Sha Tau Kok, Man Kam To, Disneyland, Stanley, Shek O, Ocean Park, Discovery Bay, Outlying Islands, Ma Wan, Cheung Chau, Mui Wo, Peng Chau, Lamma Island, Hei Ling Chau, Chung Hom Kok, Tai O, Ngong Ping, Po Toi Island, Sai Kung Restricted Area, Wong Shek Pier, Kau Sai Chau, Tap Mun, and other relevant areas
• Delivery service is not available to outlying islands, Ma Wan, Tung Chung, and Hong Kong International Airport, and impermanent or incomplete addresses; not available to areas that cannot be reached directly by vehicles. General Mills Hong Kong Limited reserve the right to decline delivery at its sole discretion
• Delivery service is not available to buildings/floors that are not directly accessible by elevators. In the event the lift is out of order, we will contact customer to re-schedule the delivery
• No change on the delivery information (including date, schedule, address and recipient’s information) is allowed once it is confirmed and the online payment is done. Please ensure recipient is available to accept the delivery. Neither cancellation of order nor refund will be accepted
• Please sign the delivery note as confirmation and acceptance of delivered products
• Unless otherwise stated, delivery of product (“Product”) is handled by a third-party provider (“Courier Provider”). Your information will be provided to the relevant Courier Provider to facilitate the delivery
• You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher for this activity after ordering
• Guests need to ensure that someone receives the products within the delivery time, otherwise the driver has the right to charge overtime waiting fees or send the food back to the merchant. The merchant will not make any compensation or remake the products
• Delivery times shown are estimates only and actual delivery time may vary depending on factors that are not controlled by us and/or the Courier Provider (e.g. Product quantity, distance, time of day (peak periods), weather conditions, traffic conditions, etc.
• In the event of Typhoon No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning, the delivery service on the same day and the next day may be delayed and canceled. We will contact the customer for further arrangement

Booking Guidelines

• If any ice cream cake is served in our dine-in shop, a minimum of $80 per person will be charged (subject to 10% service charge). Children of 3 years old or below will be exempted
• Ice cream cake includes 1 hour dry ice (applicable for pick up at shop only). Extra dry ice will be charged
• We may change the ice cream flavors, fruits, and decorations of the cake in case of seasonal shortage without prior notice
• Please note that even though Häagen-Dazs™ endeavors to maintain stringent service practices and despite our strict controls, we are unable to guarantee the absence of substances (or traces thereof) which may cause allergic reactions, including eggs, gluten, soybeans, milk, nuts (or nut based ingredients) and peanuts in our products. If you have any questions, please contact a member of our staff prior to the consumption of any of our products
• Orders are on a first-come, first-served basis. Orders will be officially confirmed until payment is made
• Customers should fill in the accurate pick-up/delivery date, time, contact phone number, email address and other information carefully. We shall not be responsible for any loss arising from your failure to provide accurate information.=
• Since preparation time is required, once the booking has been confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Payments will not be refunded in this case
• All photos of food are for reference only
• All products are handmade. No refund shall be made unless the quality of the products vastly differs from their descriptions
• Customers are responsible for checking the products upon receiving them, and should immediately contact the merchant if there is any problem
• The fruits and decorations on the products are for reference only and are subject to seasonality and change without prior notice
• Merchant strives to provide you with high-quality Products, and given the perishable nature of certain Products, Merchant may be required to make substitutions from time to time. This shall not be considered as damage/quality issues
• Customers shall avoid shaking the products and handle them with care
• To maintain the quality and integrity of the products/items, we recommend that you refrigerate all perishable products/items if not consumed immediately or handle all perishable Products pursuant to instructions provided by merchant (if applicable)
• Failure to follow safe food handling practices and recommendations may increase the risk of foodborne illness
• We are not obligated to provide ingredient information or allergen information and we cannot guarantee any of the products/items sold is free of allergens. If you have allergies, allergic reactions or dietary restrictions and requirements, please contact the relevant Merchant before purchasing
• Individuals, pregnant women, young children and the elderly with compromised immune systems and/or food allergies are solely responsible for the consumption of the products/items
• The condition and consumption of the products/items are at your sole risk
• In the unlikely event that you feel that the product/items are not fit for consumption due to damage/quality issues, kindly contact Klook Travel Customer Service Hotline found in your voucher immediately or within 24 hours of collection from the Merchant with photos/videos as proof of evidence

Terms and Conditions

• Get instant confirmation. If you do not receive a booking confirmation, please notify us
• The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or other offers
• The voucher cannot be sold to third parties
• Klook offers cannot be combined with other Klook vouchers, nor other promotions, offers, or coupons in-store
• No cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made
• Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
• The contents of the sets cannot be changed unless agreed by the merchant. The additional fee incurred must be paid directly at the restaurant
• If the order is canceled without reason (including deletion of items, wrong click, etc.), the merchant reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of 5% of the total order amount
• KLOOK and the merchant reserve the right of the final decision of the above offers and terms & conditions
