Pick Up Guidelines
- Customers should fill in the accurate pick-up date, time, contact phone number, email address and other information carefully. We shall not be responsible for any loss arising from your failure to provide accurate information.
- Please pick up the product at the selected location according to the date and time of the order
- You must present your Klook voucher upon arrival to redeem your discount/reservation. The merchant has the right to reject your voucher otherwise
- You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher for this activity after ordering
- If an order is not being picked up on the specified date, the order will be deemed forfeited and no refund will be made

- Unless otherwise stated, delivery of product (“Product”) is handled by a third-party provider (“Courier Provider”). Your information will be provided to the relevant Courier Provider to facilitate the delivery
- The scope of delivery is limited to Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories.
- *Tung Chung, airport and outlying islands do not provide delivery (Ping Chau, Cheung Chau, Lantau Island, Discovery Bay, Lamma Island, etc.)
- Each delivery order can only be delivered once and to one delivery location
- Pick Up from Driver: The delivery person is not allowed to enter any building for delivery (no matter if it is on the ground floor). The delivery location will be in an area that can be reached by the delivery truck. The delivery person will contact you when near the delivery location. If the delivery location is a paid parking lot, the driver has the right not to enter the parking lot or ask you to pick up at a nearby location
- You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher for this activity after ordering
- Guests need to ensure that someone receives the products within the delivery time, otherwise the driver has the right to charge overtime waiting fees or send the food back to the merchant. The merchant will not make any compensation or remake the products
- Delivery times shown are estimates only and actual delivery time may vary depending on factors that are not controlled by us and/or the Courier Provider (e.g. Product quantity, distance, time of day (peak periods), weather conditions, traffic conditions, etc.
- Customers must check the goods and quantity when receiving the goods. If there are any problems, they must ask the driver on the spot. The goods will not be returned or exchanged when they go out
Booking Guidelines
- Orders are on a first-come, first-served basis. Orders will be officially confirmed until payment is made

- Since preparation time is required, once the booking has been confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Payments will not be refunded in this case
- Please inform merchant 2 days inadvance if you want to change pick-up/delivery date. No amendment is allowed for 48 hours before pick-up. No refund /compensation for late pick-up
- All photos of food are for reference only
- Customers are responsible for checking the products upon receiving them, and should immediately contact the merchant if there is any problem.
- Merchant strives to provide you with high-quality Products, and given the perishable nature of certain Products, Merchant may be required to make substitutions from time to time. This shall not be considered as damage/quality issues
- To maintain the quality and integrity of the products/items, we recommend that you refrigerate all perishable products/items if not consumed immediately or handle all perishable Products pursuant to instructions provided by merchant (if applicable).
- Failure to follow safe food handling practices and recommendations may increase the risk of foodborne illness
- We are not obligated to provide ingredient information or allergen information and we cannot guarantee any of the products/items sold is free of allergens. If you have allergies, allergic reactions or dietary restrictions and requirements, please contact the relevant Merchant before purchasing
- Individuals, pregnant women, young children and the elderly with compromised immune systems and/or food allergies are solely responsible for the consumption of the products/items
- The condition and consumption of the products/items are at your sole risk
- In the unlikely event that you feel that the product/items are not fit for consumption due to damage/quality issues, kindly contact Klook Travel Customer Service Hotline found in your voucher immediately or within 24 hours of collection from the Merchant with photos/videos as proof of evidence
Terms and Conditions

- The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or other offers
- The voucher cannot be sold to third parties
- Klook offers cannot be combined with other Klook vouchers, nor other promotions, offers, or coupons in-store
- No cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made
- Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
- The contents of the sets cannot be changed unless agreed by the merchant. The additional fee incurred must be paid directly at the restaurant
- If the order is canceled without reason (including deletion of items, wrong click, etc.), the merchant reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of 5% of the total order amount
