very dirty hotel. Not clean. In the toilet there are slings. We book 2 nights, we can’t stay anymore so we cancel the booking but no refund. I have a video about the dirty hotel

We recently stayed at the Santa Grand Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, and it was a wonderful experience! The location is fantastic, nestled conveniently near popular spots and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with any questions or needs.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials, providing a cozy retreat after a day of sightseeing. I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed and the modern amenities that made my stay extra relaxing.
One minor note is that the breakfast options could be expanded, but what was offered was fresh and enjoyable. Overall, Santa Grand Hotel delivered a pleasant stay with great value, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting KL.

Fortunately, it is economical and the location is reasonable. You can eat whatever you want. If you want to stay in Chinatown, you can stay here

Nice to stay, big clean room..staff are nice ..the buffet breakfast is good..we enjoy the swimming pool in the rooftopas well..recommended

This was our second hotel during our 7-day trip to Kuala Lumpur. Our first hotel was centrally located, but we didn’t regret moving to Santa Grand Signature Kuala Lumpur, even though it’s a bit further from the city center. The breakfast included with our stay was a big bonus—the food was excellent, with a menu that changed daily, keeping things fresh. The hotel itself is brand new, and we had no complaints at all. Overall, a fantastic stay that offered great value for the experience.
