It was a full day, we took a walk along the wall in a beautiful setting, then we went to the library located in a shopping centre (worth seeing), then we went to the caves (which are very well set up) and then they took us to the Korean ginseng centre (second time I've been there), interesting, but a waste of time when you want to do something else.

The bus picks up on time and arrives early before it opens. The journey takes about 50 minutes. The tour guide is very good at arranging panda priority express tickets to give us priority entry.

Suwon Hwaseong is boring and not worth visiting, but the Korean Folk Village in the evening is well worth watching his performance. It is only open at night during limited periods. The park is beautifully decorated and the performances are great!

We really enjoyed our tour with Mr. Jang Hyeyong! He was very accommodating with my family including my grandma. He also bought the tickets in our behalf to the attractions we visited. In the places we visited, he gave us recommendations and tips to make them more enjoyable! Places we visited are the following (in order): Gangchon Rail Park, Nami Island, and Garden of Morning Calm

A very rich one-day itinerary, with both English and Chinese tour guides. They took care of more than 30 tourists very friendly and explained a lot about the history of Hwaseong. In the morning, I went to the Korean Folk Village first. There were not many people in the morning, so I could easily take photos. However, the cultural experience usually started at 1 o'clock, so I had no chance to participate. Then we arrived at Suwon Hwaseong. Since it was noon, it was very sunny along the way, so we took some photos and then came down. Because the palace is far away, I don't have time to visit there. Finally, we went to Nanmen Market, which is a very authentic and lively place! The tour guide introduced the delicious sugar cakes and fish cakes, and then you were free to go shopping. There were shops selling fruits and vegetables, ingredients, and cooked food, as well as clothes, shoes, and other daily necessities. The shopping time here is not long, it is time to go back to Seoul. Because the weather was very hot and sunny today, and I was already tired after walking not far, I suggest you come in cooler weather to enjoy the trip more.

Thanks to you, I had a great time. ^^ Although it was smaller than other places, it wasn't boring because of the performance.
