The sister Ito who received me today was my little angel today. I thought I couldn't make it in the morning, but she was very serious and responsible in calling each of our guests. I was very happy to receive her call. She was very serious and responsible in the itinerary for each guest. Her English was also very good! She was very patient and took all of us to visit Arashiyama.

Tour was decent, but I have to comment and emphasize that this particular tour might not be completely travel-friendly for elderly tourists who have difficulty walking. The tour bus stopped at a location point roughly 900M away from Fushimi Inari Shrine, and stopped relatively far at 700M away from the Arashiyama Bamboo forest. To be honest, I am not sure what the rationale is to stop the bus so far away from the tourist attraction as this will mean that elderly tourists will need to walk alot further to and fro to get to and away from the attraction. I was pretty certain the bus could have stopped way nearer to the shrine or the forest. My parents were complaining about their sore legs by the end of the day tour. to the tour group organizer - please take note thanks!!!
