very magical, friendly staff. you can also message through email for specific room requests and they are attentive to all of it. even requested for a bottle sterilizer. good condition and looks clean

It is a nicer, friendlier, and prettier hotel than I thought. The shuttle time to Disney is also great. I plan to use the Hollywood Hotel again next time. My child really liked the Marvel room. I am also curious about other hotels.

Like always with klook there wasn't any problem with my booking. I really enjoyed this hotel with the explorers theme and the view from the room was perfect.

There was a problem with the TV not working, but it was resolved immediately after I told the front desk. The room was very spacious and comfortable.

This is my second time staying at this hotel and it is one of the best places to stay around the Hong Kong Disneyland resort. I would definitely come back here again!
