Sapporo Clock Tower
Museum
Located in Chuo Ku, Sapporo, Sapporo Clock Tower, known locally as Tokeidai, is a historical attraction that has been declared a National Important Culture Property. It has a museum and gallery that showcases Sapporo's history. Back in 1878, during the early years of Sapporo's growth, this building was originally a drill hall for the Sapporo Agricultural School. It was later in 1881 when a clock from Boston was added to the structure. Now, the Clock Tower has transformed into a museum. On the ground floor, you'll find exhibits detailing the history of the building and Sapporo. Head up to the second floor to see displays about the clock itself and a spacious hall that brings to mind the simple structures of the colonial American Midwest.

I love it! I love everything about this hotel! We came for our honeymoon trip. It's strategically located near the Odori station and various sightseeing places. The breakfast was so nice! Very simple (eggs, rice, sausages, fish) The staff were so friendly and helpful. We checked out at 11am on our last day but decided to go visit some places. They kept our luggages safe till we came back to collect it. Overall was an amazing stay. Thank you for your services!

It is a very worthwhile trip, which is equivalent to chartering a small car. The drive from Sapporo to Cape Kamui alone is very worthwhile. Cape Kamui is very beautiful, but the wind is really strong, so it is recommended to wear more clothes. I was lucky enough to see cherry blossoms in full bloom in Otaru. The sea next to it was so beautiful! Tenguyama is also a niche attraction worth visiting. You can see Otaru City and the sea view. It is highly recommended. It is highly recommended to sign up for a one-day tour for free travel

I made a reservation in a hurry, but I was so glad it was confirmed! The guide's voice was soft, so it was easy to listen to the explanation, and I wasn't bored at all while moving. It was really helpful to include the tour at the beginning of the trip because it gave me useful information about Japanese culture, things to watch out for, recommended restaurants, and places, which was a great help for my later schedule~~ It was a little cold because it rained, and the natural scenery was a bit disappointing because it was the off-season, but Junpei was delicious, and overall it was a satisfying tour~~~

Small group so we took a minibus. The driver was very nice. Cape Kamui had nice views. The weather was nice and a little hot. We had to go up and down the hill. You can try Yoichi whiskey for a fee. We walked and admired the flowers at Temiya Park. Tengu Mountain was closed due to strong winds.

Enjoyed the packed schedule with many places to visit. Participants need to be more considerate and arrive at the assigned time. Had many good naps in between destinations, felt like a baby being cradled to sleep. MUST TRY the ice cream! 🫶🏻

It is a few mins walk from Minami 3 Jyo Susukino bus stop as we took bus from the New Chitose airport. We arrived past 8pm but were greeted with the hotel staff who helped us with the self-service check-in. We loved the free instant tea/coffee and toiletries found in the lobby. They also provide pyjamas. The hotel lobby staff during our stay was pretty attentive and real nice despite the language barrier. The room may be small but compact. Would also commend the room cleaning. The location is perfect for us as it is closed to Odori Park, Nakajima Park, Ganso Ramen Yokocho and Tanukikoji shopping street. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
