The tour is excellent and the tour guide tried her best to explain as the tour mainly non Japanese speakers. Unfortunately it rains throughout the day but the tour overall is excellent.

Grace was an absolutely delightful guide. Speaking Chinese & English, she made sure the whole tour was guided in both languages. The only minor point was that it was hard to understand her in the back of the bus while driving. But other than that, she took care of everyone, both the group/family travellers as the solo travellers like myself and another person in the group. The timing was very well respected and we got to see everything that was promised according to the program. If you manage your timing well, you can do both the bear park and the ropeway. The snow mobiles are definitely something I'd recommend. With no experience and a lot of hesitation, I decided to go anyway, you then get a proper explanation from the instructors and then ride on group into the snowy mountains where you'll be surrounded by beautiful white sceneries. If riding by yourself still sounds too tricky, you also have the option to ride with an instructor. The communication beforehand was also really clear and thorough, we got a full briefing the day before, and throughout the day Grace would not only announce when we were expected back by the bus, she would also put it in the messaging group. I would definitely recommend this tour if you want to see some things out of Sapporo and are slightly short on time, the tour bus takes you easily to places that would take a while longer by public transport. Very pleased! PS: don't take the "wear the seatbelt" warnings lightly, the roads are quite bumpy at times! PS2: while there is enough time foreseen for lunch, the options are quite limited, so would recommend bringing a lunch package!

Tour guide Bian Ronghu is very knowledge, it was an enjoyable trip and I learn quite a few things about Mt Fuji and its surrounding from his explanation. I'm also amazed he speaks three languages fluently (mandarin, korean, japanese). He does his best to look after the tour group members and is always polite.

Very, very good trip🥹💕p people can follow the big group and travel easily without having to worry~ The tour guide brother Will is very professional and patient. He speaks very gently and humorously. The restaurant introduced to us is also very delicious😋Every scenic spot is super good to take pictures! And if you accidentally fall behind, they will make sure that everyone is there before setting off. I am a little camera-anxious, but the tour guide brother unexpectedly has good photography skills and will guide us to pose and take a lot of photos quickly. Looking back, they are surprisingly good. After all the trips, everyone was given small stickers about Japanese culture. In short, I will choose this company's group next time I sign up for a group👍🏻🫶🏻

Oscar is the tour guide for the day, he really managed everything well, all itinerary went as planned. In the morning, just go to the meeting point and trip started! he is a cheerful and responsible person, very knowledgeable about Hokkaido! at the end, there is a free gift from the company for all participants in the tour!

In the past, when visiting Mount Hakodate with tour groups, we arranged to take a cable car to the top of the mountain. You can see other buildings along the way, such as the Kanemori Hung Hoi Warehouse. When you sign up, you have chosen to meet and disperse at Hakodate Station Bus Stop No. 12, which is very convenient. The bus arrives at Mount Hakodate to admire the vast Hakodate Bay. Visitors take the opportunity to take photos. It was a bit cold that night but not too windy. Taking a sightseeing bus this time to see Mt. Hakodate, one of Japan's three major night views, is one of the must-do activities for tourists. Unfortunately, we could only stay for about 30 minutes before we had to return.

We were so impressed with our tour guide, May-San! It’s the second time she lead my tour in Fukuoka. Always funny and her helpfulness, kindness, and accommodation of our questions and requests truly enhanced our trip. The superb itinerary and Fukuoka's appealingly relaxed and uncrowded atmosphere also contributed to our enjoyment. We even had great weather! Thank you Mey-San!
