You can board at the pier as stated. There are many people boarding. The guide has a lot of energy to lead the tour. There are many staff taking care of the boat and they are very friendly.

Our guide Molly was super informative, friendly, and engaging throughout the tour. She shared cool facts and history that added so much depth to the sights we were seeing. Overall, it was a smooth, enjoyable, and memorable experience. If you're visiting NYC and want a relaxing yet exciting way to see the sights from the water, this tour is a must!

I showed the QR code and was able to board the ship. The sun had not yet set at the starting point, so the nearby Intrepid was shining in the sunset. I enjoyed the New York skyscrapers, the Statue of Liberty, the bridge, etc. on the way there and the night view on the way back.

I highly recommend this! It was great to be able to see the whole of New York, and especially because we could see the places we had been to before on a larger scale! It was an experience that was worth the money at all~ It can be cold, so outerwear is a must!! Sunglasses are also a must if you want to see from the outside deck!!

It was really nice to do the entire New York attraction. Additionally, I recommend that you should do this pass, when you arrived at NYC.
