The staff was incredibly friendly. After selecting the kimono, they helped me pick out the obi belt and made great recommendations for matching. The hair styling took just 10 minutes, and the results were beautiful! There were several styles to choose from, and they helped me decide when I couldn't choose between them. We wore the kimonos all day and returned them before 5 p.m. It was such a fun experience—I'd definitely do it again!

Was definitely worth the money especially if you were like me and traveling alone. The photographer was professional and despite English being their second language they still had great and helpful communication do you knew how to pose. The photographer also did a great job finding places to shoot since I had no idea where to go.

kimino rental was a real experience foe us . we have been only seeing in tvs or social media , People wearning and walking and we got that chance to experience . on the it wwas raining heavily . we reached late and the lady still said its ok and let us choose the kimino . they all speak English so it was handy .

able to book n get on the spot even though day/date isnt available on the app. n they take pride in their kimono wear that every layer has to be put on properly n neatly. love the hairdo, the courteousness n good command of english. only the hairdo n make up must add money. slippers, socks, bags n item storage are all inclusive. a photo taken in our attire, printed n frame is given to us upon return. arigato!

We're very glad renting kimono here. The staf are very friendly and nice. We arrived half and hour late from actual appointment time. But they great us with a wide smile on face. They patiently waiting for us choose our kimono. The kimono is clean and have variety of choice. They have storage to keep your belongings but make sure to take important things with you.

Renting a kimono is an incredible experience 👘 Finding the agency is easy ( well described how to get there) , service is outstanding ( English speaking) , many many kimonos 👘 to choose from. Dressing ladies are very skillful and quick, they know how to dress you and tied u up with obi belt ( many choices). You get the socks and slippers to choose from ( all sizes) and a bag . Off you go. The rest is up to you where you choose to go. Return just before 5:30pm. Excellent service and 5 stars for the agency . Highly recommended 🙏

The place was easy to find. Staffs were nice and can communicate well. They will direct you to kimono, obi & bag options based on your booking & help you choose your footwear that will match your kimono. There’s free hairstyles included but you can pay extra if you opt for a diff styles. I was able to rent an umbrella and a fan too. Highly recommended place!
