Things to do in Mount Atago

very informative and high CP tour. If you are interested in Japan history and culture, recommend you to join this tour. I had a great time in Kyoto. This tour is the highlight of my trip.

it was really fun to experience. the boat drivers were really funny and engaging. we also went on a nice sunny day! the only con is that we were sent to the back of the boat even though my number was first in the group, so we didn’t get the best photos. Maybe it was a safety reason?

This is a 10/10 experience with stunning views of Gatorade colored blue water! We would definitely do this again and after riding the short romantic train, we soon realized how fortunate we were to have done this tour! the guides are so enthusiastic and fun, wish we could understand their Japanese but they have a tour guide app you can download to listen to so bring headphones! the food boat that sells items towards the end of the journey blew us away!

The River Boat Ride was very relaxing. We went during the wrong season, end of March so the trees didn’t bloom yet. We didnt get to see the Cherry Blossoms bloom so it was a lil disappointing but I know it would be a beautiful scenery if there were. it’s still worth it. It’s a lil over 1 hr and 30 mins ride.

this amazing boat trip strat from hazugawa River at kameoka and end at Arashiyama, is just one way, the instructions in klook is abit confusing. it took about 1-2hrs depends on the depth of the water. the boat and the 3 strong boat man is awesome , rowing navigating the boat while keep us occupied with stories and jokes ... too bad the Sakura tree Haven blossom else I think will be a memerizing experience... overall will come back again at different season to see the scenery!
