This hotel is located right in front of Kyoto Station. You can see it right away when you get out of the station. It is a good location for using buses, trains, and subways. I don't know if there are any on each floor, but there is a shared microwave and ice machine on the 9th floor of our room, so it is even better. There is an Avanti shopping mall attached to the hotel, so it is good to go out and shop at night, and the rooms are more spacious than other places. I recommend it as a Kyoto accommodation.
